Refund Policy

At Bihar Fencing Association, we strive to deliver the best possible services and programs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is required. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments or registrations.

1. Registration Fees

All registration or participation fees paid for events, competitions, or training programs are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

2. Cancellation by Participant

If a participant chooses to cancel their registration after payment, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please confirm your availability before registering.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

In case an event or program is cancelled by Bihar Fencing Association due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. It may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
